I don't know why but the Mets always waits for the last day to release the rosters of the teams in the system. I'm sure it has something to do with who sticks with the Mets, Lugo or Montero, and then it goes down the affiliates from there.
I don't have the entire Vegas roster, but I can confirm the lion share that are 'on the plane' out of Florida:
Starters - Ricky Knapp (a pleasant surprise), Sean Gilmartin, Adam Wilk, Donovan Hand
Relief - Paul Sewald, Chase Bradford
Catchers - Kevin Plawecki, Xorge Carillo
Infield - Dominic Smith, Gavin Cecchini, Josh Rodriguez, Amed Rosario, Phillip Evans, Matt Reynolds (will also play outfield)
Outfield - Jayce Boyd, Travis Taijeron, Victor Cruzado

Matz & Lugo rehab there?
I'd guess Matz and Lugo rehab in St Lucie
