B-Mets Finalize Spring Training Schedule

An 11 game schedule awaits the B-Mets when they report to Spring Training in Port St. Lucie, Florida. From March 18th-April 2nd the B-Mets will play five games against the Marlins AA affiliate, the Jacksonville Suns and six games against the Springfield Cardinals, the AA St. Louis Cardinals.

The first game will be played on March 18th against the Jacksonville Suns in Jupiter, Florida. The schedule is as follows: March 18: Jacksonville @ B-Mets (St. Lucie, Fl)

March 20: Springfield @ B-Mets (St. Lucie, Fl)
March 21: B-Mets @ Jacksonville (Jupiter, Fl)
March 22: B-Mets @Springfield (Jupiter, Fl)
March 24: B-Mets @ Jacksonville (Jupiter, Fl)
March 26: B-Mets @Springfield (Jupiter, Fl)
March 27: Jacksonville @ B-Mets (St. Lucie, Fl)
March 29: Springfield @ B-Mets (St. Lucie, Fl)
March 31: B-Mets @ Jacksonville (Jupiter, Fl)
April 1: B-Mets @Springfield (Jupiter, Fl)
April 2: Springfield @ B-Mets(St. Lucie, Fl)


On days when a game has not been scheduled, the B-Mets participate in fundamental drills and exercises at their Spring Training home in St. Lucie, Florida.

NY Mets minor league pitchers and catchers report to camp on March 6th with position players following on March 11th.

The B-Mets will start to make their way north to Binghamton on April 4th and will arrive in time for the Welcome Back Mets Dinner scheduled for April 6th at the Binghamton Regency. Tickets are still available for the dinner and can be purchased by calling the B-Mets front office at 607-723-METS and asking for Amy.
