The Isotopes defeated the 51s, 6-3, in the opener of the four-game series (game five of the eight-game homestand, 2-3 record) before a crowd of 6,668 at Cashman Field on Amed Rosario 51s Replica Jersey Night.

Las Vegas left-hander P.J. Conlon suffered the loss despite pitching a season-high 7 innings. He allowed 8 hits, 4 runs (3 earned), issued no walks and struck out 7 on 107 pitches (72 strikes).

Albuquerque built a 4-0 lead after 4 ½ innings and center fielder Raimel Tapia was 4-for-5, 2 doubles, stolen base, RBI, run scored.

51s right fielder Patrick Kivlehan was 2-for-4, double, run scored and first baseman Johnny Monell was 1-for-4, double, 2 RBI, run scored.

Las Vegas rallied for three runs in the seventh inning to cut the deficit to 4-3.
