know me. I have always told you that defense wins games. So, it only makes
sense that “defensive runs saved” (DRS) is a game changer.
I
normally post here on my IN FOCUS pieces only graphs that includes Mets
players. But not this time.
I’ve
told you that the Mets lack decent defensive players, but, here’s the rub…
THERE ISN’T ONE METS ON ANY POSITION RANKED IN THE TOP TEN PLAYERS THAT LEAD AT
THEIR POSITION IN “DEFENSIVE RUNS SAVES” (DRS).

I thought maybe Lindor would be on that list, surprised he isn't
Hasn't been on all season
Hard to believe Jac Caglianone has 2.0 defensive WAR at 1B, and Alonso has played 6 times as much and doesn’t make the list. Also hard to believe Taylor is not on the top 10 CF list defensively.
