Overall, the IronPigs hold an 18-15 advantage over the Bisons in their two years of existence.

HIT MACHINE: OF JESUS FELICIANO can become the first Bisons player to reach 12 games in a hit streak this season. OF MIKE CERVENAK and OF CHRIS CARTER also had 11-game streaks this season. In his 11-game stretch since May 12, Feliciano has hit .442 (19-43) with nine runs scored. Feliciano’s .375 average on the year is 26 points higher than any other player in the IL.

So far this season, Cervenak has hit .228 (18-79) with two home runs and six RBI. Cervenak was an International League All-Star in each of the last two seasons with Lehigh Valley.

STREAKIN’: INF MIKE JACOBS enters today’s game on a seven-game hit streak. Since May 16, the first baseman has averaged .290 (9-31) with four RBI and six runs scored. Jacobs has also reached base in 22 consecutive games and has averaged .270 (24-89) with nine walks since April 29. The 22-game stretch is the longest active on-base streak in the International League.

RHP MIKE PELFREY allowed just one run in six innings to improve to 6-1 on the season. OF JASON BAY was a perfect 4-4 with a double and three runs scored.
