The Grizzlies defeated the 51s, 14-4, in game two of the four-game series (eight-game homestand) before a crowd of 3,018 at Cashman Field.
Fresno scored three runs each in the second, third and fourth innings to built a 9-0 lead and seven players recorded multiple-hit games.
Second baseman Tyler White was 4-for-6, two doubles, 4 RBI, four runs scored and third baseman J.D. Davis was 4-for-5, double, 2 RBI.
Right-hander Rogelio Armenteros recorded the victory with 5 shutout innings. He allowed 6 hits and walked 1.
Las Vegas right-hander Vance Worley suffered the loss. He pitched 5 innings and allowed 10 hits, 9 runs (7 earned), walked 3 and struck out 3.
Right fielder Matt den Dekker was 3-for-5, RBI.
Game three of the series (Fresno leads 2-0) is Thursday at 7:05 p.m. on Budweiser Dollar Beer Night, presented by Laughlin.
