The 51s rallied for three runs in the bottom of the ninth inning to defeat the River Cats, 6-5, in game three of the brief four-game homestand at Cashman Field.
Las Vegas, trailing 5-3, tied the game with a two-run single by shortstop Luis Guillorme (2-for-4, two runs scored).
Center fielder Matt den Dekker later grounded into a fielder’s choice (first base to home) with the bases loaded. Left fielder Zach Borenstein (2-for-5, HR, 2 RBI) then delivered a walk-off single to right field.
51s right-hander Drew Gagnon pitched 5 innings in the no decision. He allowed 6 hits, 4 runs, issued no walks and struck out 7 on 91 pitches (57 strikes).
Sacramento built a 4-2 lead 5 ½ innings and left fielder Chris Shaw was 3-for-4, double and two solo homers.
