OF Freddy Valdez promoted from DSL-1 to GCL
This
is an end of the season reward for a passable freshman season for the 17/yr.
old. He hit only .268 for the DSL-1 team, but showed early signs of the
projected power (5-HR, 15-doubles) the Mets believe he will have once he
develops.
Remember…
the Mets have 1.45mil reasons to believe in this kid.

Mack, Kingsport is now in first. Looks like three Mets teams could make the playoffs this year.
Right. For that reason, I would say Baty stays to try to finish the job with his Kingsport comrades.
But Mazeika needs to go to Citi Field.
Well now we see just our boys respond after the weekend butt kicking. My feel is it was those HORRIBLE uniforms. They should open the series with a little fire in CF and just burn those uniforms...please!
I agree, Baty should stay with Kingsport to help them finish the job.
