A fracture and another UCL tear in elbow - probable more surgery coming
Mack - I don't expect the Mets would be cold enough to cut him here, but this might be the last time we see Hefner with a Mets uniform on.
Let this be a reminder why the rehabbing period after TJS should be conservative.
There are still a considerable amount of pitchers that never come back from this kind of injury.
