Dirty Laundry – Sadiq Rahman, Frank Gray, Writers, Draft, Lucy

      1.     Mack’s Mets writer, Sadiq Rahman, has decided to return to being only a reader of the site. Both he and his brother, Prince, have written off and on the site, and we’re glad to see that he will remain in the comments section of the site (remember… we are NOT a blog… this is a Mets historic web site J)

      2.     Frank Gray, writer extraordinaire for The Bleacher Report and Mack’s Mets has… well… disappeared. He stopped writing for BR a while back and he doesn’t returned our calls and emails. I hope he’s alive and well and if any of you know anything, please email me at: macksmets@gmail.com.

3.     You might have noticed that we placed a post online looking for additional writers, We’ve lost a half a dozen in the past 60-days, and I could use the relief. If you know anyone that might be interested, please have them email me at: macksmets@gmail.com.

4.     Well, another draft season bites the dust. Stephen and Adam… err… David was a big help and generated over 15,000 views a day. Now, every site seems to have a draft expert, which is not to be confused with a minor league expert, right? You can’t have enough great Mets sites and it’s an honor to watch other young writers grow on these sites. Some are even ex-MMs writers!

   5.     I won’t be moving to Port. St. Lucie. My Doctors and family members have convinced me to stay put in South Carolina and let nature takes it course. Or, is it cource?  Anyway, for those of you that are local, I write my columns every morning between 8am-10am outside the library at the University of South Carolina at Beaufort (USCB), located in Bluffton, S.C. Come on by, and if you see Toby out there with bad directions, bring him with ya!
