The opening game of the B-Mets brief three-game series with the Bowie Baysox has been postponed due to rain and rescheduled as part of a doubleheader for June 8 at 5:35 PM. Gates will open at 5:00 PM on the eighth, also a Tuesday. This marks the second rainout the B-Mets have experienced at home in 2010. Binghamton also postponed a game at NYESG Stadium April 26 versus Portland due to wet weather.
The shortened two-game series with Bowie will instead being tomorrow at 6:35 PM. LHP Mike Antonini (3-3, 4.54) goes for Binghamton and the Baysox will send RHP Ryohei Tanaka (2-4, 4.24) to the hill. The radio broadcast on Newsradio 1290 WNBF begins at 6:20 PM with the Horizons Federal Credit Union Pre-Game Show.
