Wow.
I was just in the middle of my multi-part feature, called the “Reconstruction Of The New York Mets” and it seems the Mets have pulled off the signings of the century!
The Mets signed a 37-year old backup catcher that hit under .230 last year… AND… Alex Cora!!!
(pause…)
I gotta give this a day to sink in before I go on…
