Gavin Cecchini at #3? No wonder people don't think much of our farm system.
this is a perfect example of someone who puts out a list without any knowledge of minor league baseball... just take a #1 pick and rank em' high...
why can't I find anyone to pay me anything to do this ????
Yea can't agree with this either....
IMO....
1) Wheeler
2) Harvey(until he loses Rook status)
3) Flores
4) Fulmer(love the stats in Savannah)
5) Valdespin (see Harvey)
6) Nimmo (Love the OBP)
7) Den Dekker (Defensively ready)
8) Evans (Love this draft class)
9) McHugh (Contributer in Sept?)
As for guys shooting up my list
Leathersich
Mateo
Montero
DeGrom
Guys Fading
Familia (around 15-20 now)
Lagares (not enough in AA for me)
Morris (Yikes.....nuff said)
Havens (so bad he's off my list)
Nimmo has to be shooting up the lists of anyone following the Mets system. On the one hand he's caught fire in Brooklyn and on the hand the system is sadly bereft of hitting talent (especially when you factor in defense).
